  • Named after a very special customer and friend, Caroline Hayes. Crisp Greens, Beets, Radishes, Goat Cheese, and Pistachios with Cider Vinaigrette.   We originally curated this for an event for Caroline. A colorful, pretty salad great for lunch or for your next event!   We will be preparing on both Wednesday and Thursday.
  • The Katie is a fun variation on our Shredded Brussels Sprouts Tuscan Kale Salad served with Shredded Organic Chicken Avocado Parmesan Cheese and our House Vinaigrette.
